I’ve gone through a lot of extensions since 2005 when I first started using Firefox. I was so into extensions that the Pioneer Press interviewed me about them.

When I started, my very first extension was the one that allowed you to sync your bookmarks between locations.  I probably had 2,200 bookmarks at that time and once a week I’d save an email draft with the bookmarks in a zip file for IE or the bookmarks.html file for Firefox.

Now extensions are called “addons”.  Mozilla Thunderbird, the email client, as a bunch of great extensions as well with my favorite being the timezone extension, FoxClocks, so I can see the time in California, Colorado, Chicago, New York, London, the Phillipines, India, China, Japan and Australia.
