You are right. I did post over there. No offense taken. Sounds like you
misunderstood my post. I was sharing my opinion about Clicky, the
effectiveness of Google Apps for business and Sean trying Zendesk.

Sean's support of Clicky has been phenomenal, especially for a growing
startup. He' always been prompt, helpful and has great expertise about his
product. I'm going to try and meetup with him at a conference this year.
Due to FTC regulations, bloggers are required to disclose relationships to
products so I made it clear I work for Zendesk.

I noticed you posted here but not on the original thread at

Why not leave your comment there as well?

Hey, you posted for yourself over at clicky. i mean no offense but it was really tacky and i think you should consider not doing that as you do get business, of course but not the smart ones.

Sweet! I've been using Clicky now since 2007 and love it! It's fast, real
time and Sean is always adding new features!

Google Analytics is still king but it's nice to have a "prince" around

I just started using Clicky on December, 2009. It's very surprising that I have higher visitor rate than GA record. And also I can track my visitor behavior, with the Spy.

This app makes GA looks like shit , I will definitely upgrade my license on Feb.

I have also just renewed my subscription after the first year as a Clicky user. The only problem I have noticed is, that you become “addicted” to monitoring the statistics using Clicky ;o) I totally agree that Seans effort regarding both development and support is awesome.
