I love fall leaves and found my very first favorite! I collect them and spread ‘em all around my desk. Each reminds me of something nice. Below are two books I scored this afternoon at my neighbor’s garage sale. He’s a pretty cool guy with a mellow dog.

The first book with the red cover is “Masterpieces of Mystery” which includes “Scandal in Bohemia” by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and the blue book is 1946 edition of the Navy’s “Bluejacket’s manual”. My neighbor even left in a slip of paper showing the International Phonentic Alphabet (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Tango) so that will be fun to learn ;)
