33 Firefox Extensions You May Not Know About

I just upgraded to Firefox 3.5 (video coming) last night and thought it a good time to go over my installed Firefox extensions again with you all! I’ll be dumping several as I don’t use them and telling you which ones you need to have to pump up Firefox.

I’ve gone over my favorite extensions in the past and still remember being interviewed about my use of Firefox extensions by Julio Ojeda-Zapata (@jojeda) of the Pioneer Press back in 2005.

    For extensions that are no longer compatible you can use MrTech Toolkit to make extensions force compatibility.

    It also has many other options.

    Zotero – Helps with my reference styles with research papers

    CoolPreview – So I don’t have to have new tabs open for a peek

    IEtab – sites that dont work well in Firefox

    AdblockPlus – works along with my privoxy. Could you tweet me that proxy that works on the router you were tellin me about?

    Sxipper – Password/autofill manager

    Yoono – What I use instead of tweetdeck for now.
