I did a clean install of windows vasta business edition on friend's PC the other day. I got a call from him asking me if I remember the password for the two users he created. I was stunned because I was not at his home when he created the users. Any, he had no idea what the passwords were, so I asked him to restart his laptop in safe mode for which he did and told him to go to control panel and next click on user account and change the passwords for the two accounts, and advised him not to reset because it will cause him all his setting. Well he did exactly what I directed him to do. I later explained to him that if he had anything problem as such he can logon as Administrator from the safe mode.
