I had two folks who attended the #140 Conference ask me how to get Tweetboard setup so I decided to set it up on my own blog and make a video tutorial

How To Setup Tweetboard

1. Make sure you’re logged into Twitter with the account you want to connect your Tweetboard for
2. Visit Tweetboard and click the big button “Request a free alpha invite!”
3. Send the following Tweet but replace the url with the site you want Tweetboard on:
   

   Requesting an invite for Tweetboard Alpha (http://tweetboard.com) by @140ware, for my site: http://ReplaceWithYourURL.com

4. Open Filezilla or your preferred FTP client and connect to your blog’s FTP site
5. Navigate into your themes folder (path may vary)
   

   My path is:
   /home/byag/public_html/wp-content/themes/

6. Edit the footer.php file via Edit Pad Pro or your preferred text editor
7. Copy the code from the Tweetboard site to your clipboard
8. Insert the code and replace the last part with your actual Twitter username

9. Save your footer.php and upload it back up via Filezilla
10. Refresh your blog to view Tweetboard
11. Sign into Tweetboard widget via your blog to authorize with Twitter
12. Done!
