FAQ
Can I enter by tweeting?
No but you can tweet this post or a post was created for this contest with hashtag #25blognye to support bloggers in this contest
Do I need to have a WordPress blog?
No. It can be WordPress, Blogger, Typepad, Drupal or whatever! Just a sequential set of ideas dated December 31st.
How did you decide on the prizes?
Everyone and their mom knows Amazon.com and pretty much loves shopping there.
Netflix is very well known and why not relax and enjoy a few movies, giving your fingers a break after all that blogging? Remember, a life balanced blogger is a happy blogger.
One of the big things people talk about when it comes to blogs is “monetizing”; how to generate money from the content you put out. I’ve found these books to be foundational in terms of developing good business relationships with clients, customers, sponsors, partners, affiliates and anyone involved in the promotion of your site.
Is this sponsored by a company?
No, it’s not. I want to encourage bloggers to do what they want to do anyway!
Why have this contest?
I’m tired of not sharing good ideas. We probably all are. How many times have you had a blog idea and then you see someone else wrote it up? We make excuses why we don’t blog including the old standby, “Oh, I just don’t have the time”. Make the time. Blogging goals are important because when you look back a year later at your content you can say, “Yes! I did that! I wrote those!”. And people will notice. Let’s make the Internet and our blogs an awesome place to visit *smile*
